Shipping and Return Policy
To avoid packages sitting at shipping facilities over the weekends, we only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A 24-hour notice is required for all orders to ensure their freshness.
Please note that any orders placed Wednesday through Friday will be shipped on the following Monday, and orders placed Friday through Monday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. We will schedule delivery as close to your requested date as possible, using our allotted shipping dates. Please be sure to notify recipient of the delivery date.
- Order on Monday by 2pm – your order will ship on Tuesday.
- Order on Tuesday by 2pm – your order will ship on Wednesday.
- Order on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday – your order will ship on Monday.
- Order on Saturday or Sunday– your order will ship on Tuesday.
- All orders are shipped Driver Release, which means the order will be delivered to the recipient without a signature, at the driver’s discretion.
- Packages will be left at exterior doors.
- Our service providers do not telephone before delivery, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
- To arrange on-time delivery, please have proper and complete addresses for all orders.
- Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes at this time.
- All refrigerated items are shipped frozen, packed with frozen gel ice packs, and shipped in white boxes with insulated coolers.
RETURNS AND MISSED DELIVERIES:
- Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of recipient unavailable at residence, or changes in address after shipment has left our facility, will not be refunded or reshipped.
- Damaged packages or missing shipments should be reported immediately- please call 307-548-6666, or email email@example.com.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns of our products. If you are unsatisfied with our products please call us at 307-548-6666.
